JOB PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for overseeing the increase of retail sales and store profitability by managing the sales floor and delivering a superior customer experience. Promotes the NAPA culture and enables NAPA to be the dominant parts supplier in the market.

DUTIES:
- Build good relationships with NAPA customers.
- Oversees the annual store audit process.
- Tie all communication to the company mission and vision.
- Maintains general cleanliness standards, both inside and outside of the store.
- Processes ePlanogram updates in point-of-sale system.
- Ensures ePlanogram updates are completed on time and to plan.
- Ensures all price labels are updated.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Driver’s License preferred.
- Previous retail sales experience preferred.
- GED preferred.
- Capable of operating point-of-sale system and cataloging.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as ability to multi-task and is self-motivated.
- Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.
- Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds.
- Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids.
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
